CSV SPECIFICATION & DATA RECONCILIATION

RFC 4180 formalizes the Comma-Separated Values (CSV) format. Despite its apparent simplicity, handling multi-line strings, embedded commas, quotation escaping (`""`), and varying delimiters (TSV, semicolon) presents major serialization hurdles across data engineering pipelines.

1. Quoting Invariance Fields containing delimiters, carriage returns, or double quotes are wrapped in quotes, with inner quotes escaped as double quotes.
2. Delimiter Auto-Detection Statistical line scanning automatically differentiates commas, tabs, semicolons, and pipes without manual intervention.
